Due to increased workload, we are looking for an Operations & Project Manager to join our team.

We are a small team of engineers working on technically demanding projects across Europe and beyond. Each of us covers a wide range of tasks and adapts easily to different challenges. We are looking for someone who will help our largely autonomous team with operational and administrative tasks and ensure that processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• →Participating in meetings and preparing reports.
• →Maintaining an overview of project progress and flagging risks in a timely manner.
• →Supporting developers with project management, removing bottlenecks, and communicating with clients.
• →Managing business documentation, including contracts, NDAs, invoices, and more.
• →Assisting with other tasks such as hiring, equipment procurement, and organizing internal events.

Requirements

• →Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
• →Fluent in both English and Slovenian.
• →Comfortable working in a software engineering environment and collaborating with technical teams.
• →Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar.
• →Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• →Confident handling business documentation including contracts, NDAs, and invoices.
