What we collect, and why
- Enquiries: your name, email, project details and any files you attach, to answer you and prepare a proposal (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- Call bookings: your name, email and notes, collected through Cal.com, to schedule the call (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- Site analytics: which pages are visited and how the site is used, to improve it (GDPR art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).
- Server logs: IP address, time and page requested, to keep the site running and secure (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Who else handles it
These services process data on our behalf, only for the purpose listed. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the safeguard shown.

How long we keep it
- Enquiries and bookings: up to two years after our last contact, or as long as a resulting contract and accounting law require.
- Analytics: up to 14 months.
- Server logs: only as long as security and troubleshooting need.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@extra.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).
