    Hyperice

Backend rewrite for the HyperSmart app, four weeks before launch

Four weeks before HyperSmart launched, we took over a backend that was slow, crash-prone and not built to scale. We rewrote it, moved the earlier app’s users across without downtime or sign-outs, and launched on the original date at 25,000+ concurrent users. We then built five health integrations and AI longevity scoring.

AI features and core product development for HR policies

Blissbook is an HR policy platform serving 500,000+ people. From a 2025 notification workshop, we joined its product team, building core features and its AI: an assistant that respects access rules down to each policy section, and AI Check, which reviews policies against each customer’s own guidelines.

Building secure automation for document workflows

Four of our engineers worked on Mikrocop’s InDoc EDGE from June 2024 to September 2026. We built its Scripting Sandbox end to end, delivered three modules and then joined the core team. Signing became 65% faster, script throughput doubled, and the releases we worked on shipped 30% more feature tickets, a record.
